Who Should Apply

Those people with a keen interest in:

• Sustainable food supply
• Organic farming
• A good, honest, hard day's work

You should:

• Be physically capable of a full week of physical and intellectual labour (about 50 hours per week including the field trip/seminars)
• Be mentally strong and able to work in close collaboration with others
• Have solid reasons for being here (just wanting to spend sometime outdoors is rarely enough to keep you here!)

How to Apply

Applicants are encouraged to apply at any time of year. We are more likely to take you on if you apply before February 8. Fall is the ideal time to apply (though we understand that this isn't always possible), as you can visit the farm while it is in full swing and get a clear idea of what to expect from the internship.

To apply, we ask you to provide us with the following:

• A letter explaining why you want to take the internship
• Your availability: We will consider applicants who cannot commit to the entire 6.5 month season.
• Your resume
• Three references
