Nelson Urban Acres

Nelson Urban Acres is bringing fresh produce closer to home!

Nelson Urban Acres is a multi-plot urban farm in the city of Nelson, BC that uses low-impact, organic farming techniques to grow fresh produce on less than an acre of land. Paul Hoepfner-Homme, who was an Everdale farm intern in 2006, along with Christoph Martens, an experienced vegetable grower, established this farm together in 2009.

The Kitchen Garden is an organic farm that focuses on nutrient density, selling both through a CSA and the market in Kingston. Located in Wilton, Ontario, the Kitchen Garden is run by former Everdale intern Megan Hamilton and her partner Evan Quigley.
